Cultivating the Power Center
Mind-Body-Group Therapy and for Women with Cancer
Facilitated by Trish Haight, MA
Cancer can cause a woman to split apart from her vital resource–the core self—and from her most primal needs of intimacy and sexuality with self and others. Through exploration of the breath, body, mind, and the inner world, this intimate 12-week group promotes the opening of one’s healing capacity, developing a relationship with cancer that no longer has one trapped, and invites depth topics including sexual self and intimate self in relation to the body and cancer. Together, we will cultivate our power centers, liberating our healing potentials to fullness, and create the safety to engage in our lives and our relationships.
Process and Discussion Group for Women with Cancer
Facilitated by Marnie E. Breecker, MA and Jennifer Haddad, MTP
This ongoing weekly psychotherapy group will provide members with a safe space to openly share about the impact of cancer on their lives and process the complexity of feelings associated with these issues.
